Graduated in Xihua University in 1985

Enrolled in Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1990 as the Master candidate in the major of fluid machinery and engineering, and directly admitted to study for the doctorate degree in hydraulic power engineering in 1992 in the same university, and received the Ph.D. in 1995

Post doctorate study in the water conservancy engineering postdoctoral research station of Sichuan University from 2001 to 2003
