Office of Internation Cooperation and Exchange is responsible for international academic exchange and cooperation projects. We have an ongoing commitment to establishing ties with universities in North America, Europe and Asia.     

Responsibilities of the Office:
● Formulate and implement the international cooperation and exchange plan
● Handle the administrative needs of foreign professors and scholars (foreign experts) such as transportation and housing
● Conduct exchange programs with foreign colleges and universities, including agreement drafting and execution
● Invite foreign experts to give lectures and engage in cooperative research and guidance
● Work with the Security Bureau, process foreign experts’ visas and work permits
● Provide support services to other departments for research and international academic exchanges
● Plan and implement reception activities for foreign guests
● Advise administrators on international issues related to the university
