      Office of Human Resources is responsible for personnel management, faculty and staff development, payroll, welfare,and insurance.

Responsibilities:
● Modernization of the University’s personnel system
● Recruitment and hiring of new talent
● Faculty management, including appointment, assessment, promotion, retirement, and academic exchanges
● Maintain personnel files
● Employment statistics and reporting
